Description

Complete refurbishment of the Block A Administration building at Mabel Park State School, including full internal demolition and reconfiguration of office and communal areas, structural steel modifications, ceilings and partitions, glazing, services upgrades, joinery and floor finishes.

Works also included new PWD and ambulant facilities, accessible external works, and the re-pitching and re-roofing of both the Administration building and Block D.

The project was delivered within an operational school environment while maintaining and protecting the school’s critical Centre of Network systems located within the construction zone.
