Blackwood Projects was engaged under a project management and cost-plus arrangement to convert their newly leased premises from an industrial warehouse into a modern church auditorium. We worked collaboratively with the client who was managing several their own contractors on the site to assist in reducing costs. Works undertaken included construction of a new stage and ramp; new female and PWD amenities, along with refurbishment of the existing male facilities and various internal layout alterations.
Contract works were completed on program and within the target budget to a high level of quality and client satisfaction.
