Kenmore West Kindergarten Additions

The works entailed construction of a new office, reception area, front entry verandeh including main entry stairs and PWD accessible ramp; construction of a new covered concrete play area and various alterations within the existing facility. All new works interfaced directly with the existing facilities which remained operational throughout construction with no disruption to the Kindy’s operations. The project was completed on time with a high quality finish achieved and a happy end user. The primary key to the successful outcome achieved on this project was maintaining a high level of communication between all parties.
