The refurbishment of the Colton Chase apartment building common area located in Highgate Hill comprised construction of extensive new retaining walls, portico, pool shed, decking around the pool area and new AS1428.1 compliant access ramp; refurbishment of the entry stairs and extensive landscaping.
Clear, safe and unobstructed access to the apartment block was required throughout the construction requiring careful planning and coordination with the resident’s representative. The project was successfully completed on time and under budget with a high standard of quality finish achieved.
