Booval Compliance Upgrade
This project comprised the upgrade of an existing Department of Communities property to meet the requirements of AS1428.1 to ensure compliant and functional access for the residents.
This project comprised the upgrade of an existing Department of Communities property to meet the requirements of the NCC and AS1428.1 including ramps, bathrooms, door openings, floor finishes. Upgrade of the two primary bathrooms required demolition and complete re-build of the structure including in-ground drainage, concrete slab, framing, internal linings and high level finishes including corian wall linings to meet the requirements of AS1428.1 for sanitary facilities. External works included demolition and re-construction of the entry driveway, construction of designated accessible parking bays and accessible ramp to meet AS1428.1.
